Returns Policy - Updated 12/27/23
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of opened, installed, or modified products. We can only accept returns of products purchased directly from TRL Systems, Inc. either online or by purchase order.
Purchasers will receive a full refund, minus a restocking fee of 25% of the returned product(s) price, per return. If the product is defective or if a shipped unit does not match the ordered unit, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee when the claim is verified. We will pay for shipping on returns if the product is defective or shipped in error.
Refunds can take up to one month after shipping a return to us. This period includes transit, processing, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request.
If you need to return an item, please email us at shop@trlsystems.com with your order number, reason for the return, and details about the product you would like to return.
Shipping - Updated 12/27/23
We can ship to virtually any address in California. Once your order is approved by the fire department and in stock we will ship within 1 business day. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We ship via UPS Ground which typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all product weights are rounded up the next full pound.
