The tamper switch is an add-on that will notify you in order to prevent potential vandalism, unwanted entry, or to alert building staff of it's being opened. The tamper switch can connect to either a security system or fire alarm panel.

Lock has 1/8” dust cover with tamper seal mounting capability. 4400 has anti-theft re-locking mechanism with drill resistant hard-plate lock protector.
Double-action rotating tumblers and hardened steel pins accessed by a biased cut key.
